This man was insanely lucky, to be honest. Only people with his base of support can get sober. I mean…. He was “almost homeless” but could afford a flight and time for rehab? Fishy.

To be this educated and self accomplished and knowledgeable, I find it ridiculous that Richard roll believes that alcoholism is a disease. There is mental illness there is emotional instability. There are all kinds of things that are part of our biology, but we were not born with alcohol in our bodies. Disease is a breakdown of something internal.

Summary: Define Your Goal: Decide what specific skill you want to learn and set a clear target performance level. This helps you focus on a specific outcome. Deconstruct the Skill: Break down the skill into smaller, manageable sub-skills. Prioritize the most important sub-skills that will have the greatest impact on your goal. Research Efficiently: Conduct enough research to understand the sub-skills and their essentials, but avoid excessive information overload that can hinder your progress. Remove Barriers to Practice: Create an environment conducive to practicing your chosen skill. Eliminate distractions and set up your surroundings to make it easier to engage in focused practice. Pre-commit to 20 Hours: Make a commitment to practice your chosen skill for at least 20 hours. This commitment ensures you invest enough time to push through initial challenges and begin seeing significant improvement.

Omg, my life right now looks just like her melt down story. One disaster after another, at some point I though it is a curse. Four people in the family died from different causes for just two years - cancer, covid, thrombosis. And I find myself a widow, with a kid, crazy with responsibilities and expectations towards me, and then I got a severe neuralgia to drive me desparate beyond my limits. But I still stand up and hold on.

Sorry but, a channel full of adds that cuts, meditation, or motivational speech , has nothing to do with spirituality, it's just all about money. So sound true to me is a channel for Tami to make money from the mountain of adds that disturbs listeners.i hate her channel.
